    hr. i get up at 3:00 am drive 5 min to our bakery load vans for an hour , drive 40 min. to various locations ,setup stand at farmers markets, (nyc) sell untill bread and pastries 5-6 pm (in all weather and all year) drive 1-2 hours on the way back to the bakery unload drive home at about 9:00...
