Old School has a good concept, however that would turn the FSC into basically "streetcar index racing". I feel the following might work: Class 1 (Outlaw) anything goes, if it has doors & mufflers let it rip! Class 2 (Power adder) must have 10.5 slicks or 13 inch DOT street tires max...
