    Torque converter lock-up issue

    The converter is a Vig 3200 5 disk and won't lock up (200r4). Is there a certain line pressure needed for a 5 disk over a single disk? Anyone had this issue? Pete

    Razor, Mid 11's is the goal for this motor. The original motor will be built for more HP, so just a good down pipe that can grow later.

    Boost, Sounds like external is more precise. Which downpipe and BOV did you get? A three inch DP? The current engine is a stock replacement so I can build up/stroke the original blown up engine, just don't want to have to buy a better one later.

    After 8 months of work on the car, I'm getting ready to fire up the GN. I need a down pipe but with all the different choices any advice would be helpful. The motor is stock with a TA49 with 60lb. injectors/TT Chip. 3' or 3 1/2? External BOV?

    Thanks for the help.... I will look for the injector numbers, the turbo is not stock...(stock is puny compared side by side with inlet bell) Not sure about the chip, it doesn't have anything on the back and it's in a Reman ECM.
