I need an intercooler but a grand national kit will not work. I have an 87 Riviera with a grand national motor swap and the 3 intercooler kits I have bought just dont fit or work.... here are some pics of my setup... see if you can fabricate something that will work. Thanks Thomas

It could also be a build up issue... I came across a problem like this with my hybrid. Turned out to be a clogged cat, And heavy "scum" buildup on Idle air valve and Throttle Position sensor. The easiest thing to do would be a can of brake Kleen on the intake... see if that solves your...

I ran alot of line for my trans cooler and I am glad I did... my trans gets hot... wasnt designed for this monster of a motor..... THM400's and Grand national motors dont mix to well..... But I conquered the heat monster.... Like I said above go the1st route with alot of line to run.... it will...

i would go the 1st way.... it is a lot of line but it will save you in the end

Was playing with my Airflow sensor and fuel pressure... all of the sudden my engine stared jerking about. I put the Fuel pressuere back to where it was but the motor is jerking. its yanking on the serpentine belt so hard that the tensioner slams back and makes a loud knocking noise..... Anyone...

hmm i wonder if my THM440 is the crappy tranny they are talking about? I got a shift kit and a trans cooler and it is 1 hell bent front wheel tranny. Im still working on a way to dump my Blow off valve back into my intake and mount an intercooler. I just dont have room in the little riviera...
