Min map is at 0 now. I'm not having a problem making boost it a problem over shooting the set point. 100% is when I'm making boost 0% is when its trying lower the boost.

Upgraded from 1.34 to 2.002 and thought I'd try the boost controller. I'm set to Map mode and slew is 1000 Pos. and 1000 Neg. PID is set at P=80 I=30 D=30 and the boost table is set to 65 strait across 0 tps to 100 tps. The problem I'm having is the boost duty cycle stays at 100 until 14.5 psi...

Hey WSLN you were right the fuse was blown that should fix it. I did check the fuses that night but i did not know that was the one for the solenoid so i said i check all of them but i guess not that well. So I guess all's well that ends well and thank you for help.

I Know this post is old but I've just came across it today. I Know the guy that owns New Beginnings Auto Body he was a neighbor of mine at one time. They do great work there but He not cheap. Also the last time I talk to him he said he was doing insurance work only. No custom paint work.

I need to know if you can switch programs with the key in RUN and ENGINE OFF or does the key need to be in the off position when you select the tune. I know the engine has to be off but I don’t know if it works like C-Com were you change with key in run. Thanks In Advance

I’ve made my mind up to try the closed loop boost controller on the XFI. I need to know what solenoid I should use? Should it be plumbed as a bleed type or in-line?

I noticed today that the Cam Sync Flag value at idle will flash from 1 to 0. It only stays on 0 for 1 sec or so. I was wanting to know if this is normal or not. I’ve got a intermitting miss at idle that I been looking for and didn’t know if could have something to do with it. Thanks for any help...

Thanks SloGn. When tuning with the vac gauge are you tuning to highest vac at that load? Also would you recommend a real vac gauge or would reading the map sen. work just as good?

Reading plugs is fine at the track but it’s hard on a daily driver you’d have to run the car at a low cruse speed read the plugs, mid speed read the plugs, and so on and so on. I was thinking with all the technology out there now there’s got to be an easier way.
