Ok...i am completly clueless with electrical stuff. I checked the positive cable and there is a spot were the plastic covering is gone and a bit of the cable itself is melted/missing (but no metal wire showing through). Whats a fusable link?

If the fuel pump is bad thats cool, I do have a new one ready to go. The pump being seized does seem to make sence. If it wasnt siezed and something was blocked I would here the pump run right? (I dont know what it sounds like.) Again all I hear is a click when i connect the wire.

I have a fresh engine in my car and I am trying to drain the tank because the fuel has been sitting for 2 years. I am trying to drain the fuel throught the fuel rail by applying 12v to the pump. I here a clicking noise in the rear of the car but I get no flow. Any thoughts? TIA

I was also a little bummed after test driving a 99GS a couple months ago. I laughed cause when getting on the freeway the boost read 23psi (i know the run like 8psi )and i felt nothing.
