I have never replaced the valve springs in my car is there a certain mileage that they should be swapped out or what?

I currently have upgraded Springs and bilstein shocks from ATR. I also have Southside lowers and ATRs Sway bar. I am going to replace the springs with stock replacements.....my question is if I do this will it affect any of my other suspension pieces....will anything else need to be adjusted?

Does anybody know what kind of set up the bilstein shocks were that came from ATR in their Suspension Kit(eg...90/10, 60/40, etc) I am trying to figure out why I can't get my car to hook off the line with any boost whatsoever....and I have the MT ET Street Radial.
