Whoops, forgot about this thread. I called snow but they wern't helpful and basically told me a quad nozzle setup doesn't work. Motor is a Honda motor just under 2 litres. CP 9.5:1 pistons, Pauter rods, Dart head, ITR cams, all the good stuff. Naturally aspirated it put out just over 200...

I don't think this would work out so hot trying to get an atomized liquid through an intercooler.

What size nozzles would you use for a quad nozzle setup? I have a butchered snow stage 2 kit, and I want to make sure I dont get any problems with fuel delivery to each cylinder at these horsepower levels. Thanks.

Unless you plan on making well over 1K HP that intercooler is overkill. A racing friend of mine runs the "600 HP" intercooler and has made over 775 WHP on it with very low charge temps.

Does it matter if the nozzles are behind or in front of the TB, in terms of atomization and max heat removal from the air?

240Z has a D1-blown 355 Chevy at 15 psi, rolling on 17" HRE's. It makes a lot of power.

Does anyone have some back to back dyno comparisons? I'm looking at a new 66 or 70mm turbo, and the 1000 dollar price premium for dual ball bearings on ITS turbos is pretty steep. I havn't heard the best about Turbonetics BB turbos in terms of longevity and don't use a true dual ball bearing...

Tial 44mm wastegate, tried it recycled and open dump and it didn't make any difference. Like I said, I got rid of the Profec and am more than pleased with my AVC-R.

Many people, including myself, have been disapointed with the way the Profec B Spec 2 controls boost. At higher boost levels it fluctuates like a mad man, and creeps at lower levels. I personally love my AVC-R.
