Radiator fan staying on too long after turning off car? Do high/low fan relays need replacement?

If you're handy with electronics, you can pry open the plastic case of the delay relay and repair the internals. It's a simple 555 based timer circuit with a relay

    Cam and Crank Oscilloscope Pics

So the more advanced the cam sensor is the better it runs? Would be interesting to see the maximum amount of cam sense advance that can be tolerated

    Question about body bushings

If you're concerned that the bolts have rusted in place, it's best to drill a small hole inside the floor and trunk right above the bolt and use the small straw to squirt some penetrating oil directly on the top of the nut cage

    NEW DW 400 IN-TANK PUMP!

An easy solution to run a single big pump with the stock lines and stay at 45 psi base is to use a hobbs switch and relay to cut in a voltage drop to the pump via a resistor (say 1/2 or 1 ohm, 50 watt) during low fuel needs, then switch in nominal pump voltage during boost.

    Hyper Piston Disaster?

Why is it not cracked up to the top ring land? Unless the crack started from the pin hole

trying to understand why tb cam specs so different from other non na engines

Was referring to filling at IVC during intake stroke

trying to understand why tb cam specs so different from other non na engines

Even in a NA engine the cylinder is still filling at IVC, at high rpm due to inertia ram effect. In our cars, pressure overcomes any effort to push air back into the intake.

    Interesting cam problem

Too aggressive of a lobe causing an inverse radius-of-curvature issue?? Roller wheel too big??

    GM parts

You can go to www.partsvoice.net and put those GM numbers into their search function, it will find them at stocking car dealerships. Its showing very few still available from GM. But your local dealer can usually order from any other dealer. Two of the collector car supply places have them

    No brake lights

Check the wiring harness connector under the emergency brake (its under the carpet). Careful with those wires, they are aluminum except for the fuel pump power

Stock Fan vs Dual Electric Fans...with CFM #'s

Good job on the data. What were the "loads" (pressure drop) when the tests were run? Or was this just free-flow (unloaded)?

Low BLM at idle but really lean AFRs

For whatever reason, the O2 sensor is telling the ECM that its rich. ECM compensates by pulling fuel till its happy, resulting in 15 AFR and 116 blm

    NEW ac compressor??

Although it's a universal fit, a true parallel flow condenser is the most efficient for 134: http://www.ackits.com/parallel-flow-condensers-non-painted HTH

That's assuming the profile is symmetric. If it's non-symmetric, the lobe centerline could be any other number.

    do I have enough injector?

To explain it, need to understand what is going on in the attached chart. This is a plot of flow vs pressure for both the injectors and fuel pump for flow rate in gph versus a range of rail pressure. The injector curves are all plotted at 25 psi boost and 100% duty cycle. Pumps are plotted...
