    exhaust port not matchingup to header

    Hey guys, I am putting my motor back togeather and noticed th my exhaust gasket and poston header dont match up to the exhaust port on 1 cyl. of my GN1 alm. head. Has anyone seen this before? I had an exhaust leak and now I know were its coming from. Now how to fix it??

    Cam timing

    compression test

    Im going to do a compression test on my 3.8 and wanted to get some opinions and how you guys do it. Should the motor be warm or cold? Throttle open or closed? Just looking to see f all cylinders are close in compression. Thanks Dan

    Bad O2 sensor? Help!!

    Ok so my O2 readings are real low 360-390 at idle and even up at 18lbs of boost. I made a short powerlogger recording and my cross counts stay at 2. Is my O2 shot? Just put the car back togeather from a head swap and not this. Whats your thoughts?

    Champion heads bolt holes

    Getting ready to install my champion aluminum heads. just noticed there are 14 head bolt holes. Are all the aluminum heads this way? will they work on my 109 block ok? Thanks Dan

    piston/ valve clearance

    Changing to champion aluminum heads and was wondering with the bigger valves on the new heads, should I check for piston to valve clearance? never checked when I put the motor together the first time but would hate to have an issue now.

    wide band vs dyno tuning?

    So I am putting my car back togeather and was looking to add a PLX wide band and have my TT chip reburned to auto tune the ecm. Would the car run just as good with the PLX as opposed to having it dyno tuned? Thanks Dan

    Hey guys I just got a used set of champion heads and need to find out if the stock spark plugs are the plugs I need to run in these aluminum heads? Also are the head bolts the same? I have a set of arp on my stock heads now so I am hoping to reuse those. Thanks for any input.

    rear brakes squeaking bad!!

    So I got my car running again and my rear brakes are squeaking real bad. I have changed to S10 wheel cyl and bonded brake pads. I am running both large pads. I can hold boost real good but cant stand the squeaking. Did I get them too hot doing burn outs? Should I turn the drums again? Thanks
