How is the rubber front on a bumper guard removed. One stud has a nut, is the other stud pried off?

It's a little tricky, but once you remove the nut on the one end you then have to rotate the entire bumper guard. Keep turning it while pulling it towards you at the same time and you should begin to see the second stud come out. What makes it tricky is that the stud gets in the way when trying to spin the pad so you kind of have to pivot it and pry on it a little each time you come around with it to prevent scratching the paint. At least this is how I did it. I don't know of any other way and can't understand why it was designed this way. Good luck and hope this helps. :)
