Can I connect this to my FASTXFI and monitor using my Edash? Can I use a similar to monitor my oil pressure?

Holley 554-102 Fuel Pressure Transducer

With the output voltage 0.5 to 4.5 it will work.
As a guess, I would expect the gain to be 25 (4 volt range and 25psi/volt) and the offset to be -12.5(since 0 psi=0.5 volts and not 0 volts).
AG.

I have been using this guys transducers for a couple years now. Before I was using the 5 volt for the power logger, never a hiccup. Now I am using their 12v sensors for the Fast, The sensor is right on par with my analog gauges and for 18$ ea, why not.

Just got a power logger and SD2 chip(cheap mans standalone lol) will I be able to use these to monitor fuel and oil w the power logger? Will 12V sensors work or does it need to be 5V for the power logger?

IIRC you need 5v sensors. I have them 12v and 5v and 0-100psig or 0-200psig SSI p51's. Also have absolute sensors for MAP. 1 bar, 2 bar, 3.5 bar, and 5 bar. No Chinese crap. These sensors will read accurately and I have yet to see one fail.

How are the ssi compared to the Holley or Zetronix 3.5 map?? They seem about 40-50 bucks less expensive than aem.
Are they different at all do you know?
