I'm really looking forward on getting my dominator efi for my 3800 t. Really looks great , the capabilities are fantastic. Anyone running one? Maybe not , there's no plug and play for it.

We sold one to a board member and he's up and running with it. Look for the thread in this section

I've tuned quite a few cars with it. It has a lot of cool features. Feel free to give us a call for pricing

I am the customer that Cal was referring to and I have my 87 GN up and running on Holley HP EFI. I really like the system and Cal was great to work with. I used an Casper's XFI adapter harness and modified it to make a plug and play adapter harness for the Holley HP. I am currently running the system with the stock coil pack but I am in the process of making a harness to switch over to CNP. Cal is very knowledgeable on Holley EFI and I am willing to help with any questions you might have on the adapter harness if you go that route.

Mike and I are both Gold Certified Installers and Tuners with Holley EFI and have done many installations of the Dominator, HP and Terminator systems on a vast amount of vehicles. If anyone has any questions regarding installing these units or would like pricing on any component or package - please let us know and we will gladly help!

Thanks,
Steve @ Full Throttle

Have you done any turbo Buicks? If so, what did you do for a harness?

We planned to do it on our shop car but we sold it. I talked to Innovator's West a bit back about a harmonic balancer they made that had an integrated crank trigger to make the installation a little more simple. I wanted to use LS Coils in our installation. The Casper's harness seems like it would work very well as a patch harness with some modification. However, if I had to do it, it would be a fully unterminated harness going in and I would do a complete rewire. I prefer the Dominator to the HP system because the inputs and outputs are limitless. We are working on a Twin Turbo LSX install right now and have a 68 Mustang coming in for a terminator system next week.

I am probably going to install a complete harness in my car using the Holley unterminated harness at some point. I am in the process of adding LS2 CNP ignition right now and I am integrating the wiring for the coils into the adapter harness also. I am going to attempt to make the Holley EFI/CNP ignition a plug and play deal without having to modify the factory harness. I am doing that by adding a new crank and cam sensor plug and running them into the adapter harness and leaving the factory wiring in place.

there is a few up and running now, we have done them a few different ways as far as ignition goes. The stock crank and cam sensor work pretty well. You asked about our old car, it went 9.50's with the stock ecm and within a tenth with the XFI . The plug and play adapters are being looked at now for production as far as the Holley goes
