Valve Cover

In need of a passenger side valve cover. Is it possible anyone knows someone who makes custom ones...If not no big deal just need a valve cover for the passenger side. Thanks

Passenger side is the blank one, correct? I have one but it needs a good cleaning iirc. Hows $30 plus shipping? They are the same as many 85-88/89 fwd cars. If you are interested, I'll pull it down later on and send you some pics.
 
Mine had a hole in each side w a rubber grommet. By plane you mean WO the filler hole/cap? Yes. Now I really need both sides though. Ditching the breathers and just running my catch can. Even w baffles it's pushing oil out the breathers. First pic is passenger side. Second is driver side.

Definitely not stock. Stock would have nothing at all in the passenger side valve cover. I have one pass side that I can part with. The other is from my car. I may decide to run dual driver covers so I can run dual breathers. If I do that, I might be able to part with the other one but for now, it's just the one :).

PS- I just noticed your screen name. Damn it, I told my wife I wanted to get that for a license plate the other day lol.
 
Ok. Haha thanks, I've tried a few times getting that plate and had no luck here in WI. Best of luck to you on getting it. I had to go w TWISTD6 instead. I might take the one if I can't find a set.
 
No problem, keep me posted. It might be hard finding a pair of passenger side covers in one place though. I had the stock covers on my car and then bought another set for the drivers side. That's the only reason I have the one for sale and possibly will part with the other.

Haha, I'll let you know. I don't know if I'm going to try to get it or not. Don't want to steal your pre existing name like that.
 
Oh well, just went on the dmv site. WHTTRSH is taken anyway, WHTRASH is available though.
 
WHTTRSH, I'd be interested in buying the covers you have on your car and I have a stock passenger side cover I could give you if you sell me the covers you have.
 
I'm not going to sell mine. My passenger side is no good. The lip on the inside has a slight nick out of it. Had to silicone it to stop it from leaking. Driver side cover is good just going to leave it on though and plug the breather off. Don't feel like pulling that side off again kinda a pain. What you asking for the passenger side?
 
Going to call local junkyards tomorrow to hunt one down. If I don't have any luck there I'll buy the passenger side.

Ok, keep me (us) posted. If you did still want two passenger sides, you got em both in this thread now lol.
 
If you happen to find any in the junkyard, grab the nuts and washers too, getting difficult to find when needed :).
 
I can't sell my passenger side, I needed to buy yours to take it off. If you find one in a junkyard take the studs off the head as well. I broke one and had to buy an entire head to replace it.

Good call on the studs too. Keep forgetting how much harder this stuff is to find now than it was 15 years ago when I had my last tta!
 
Calling over the phone was a waste of time lol. Have a few yards here you walk in and help yourself to what you need. I'll be going this Friday. Starting w a place called Als Auto Salvage in franklin,WI. I'll make sure I grab whatever I can and keep you guys posted to what I find.
