Turbolink and Windows 8

Hello all, just got a new Dell laptop with windows 8 and installed my Turbolink 4.0. Installed and seems
to connect (green lights on cable) but wont open the dash board screen, anyone get Tlink working with
windows 8 ?

I'm in the same boat, I had a windows 7 lap top that Turbolink worked fine on. I just got a new lap top with windows 8 and everything works perfect except the dashboard won't open.

On my old computer I just had to disable the security in the user account control settings, but that didn't work on the new computer.

No, never did, not trying to rotate the earth with the car, just tune out the detonation.
Sort of out of the loop now,guess you have to buy Scanmaster or Powerlogger.
