I'm afraid that I know the answer to my question, but is the car street legal in California?

The auction ended yesterday. Also, this is the second one I have seen for a "Grand National" that used the cut-out pictures. Though I can't condone the action of any thief, if you fall for that auction, you really do kind of deserve to have your money taken.

What got me were the awesome pictures of the car. Obviously this guy is highly skilled in manipulating pictures with Photoshop.
