Not a direct bolt on. I'm running BMW pattern wheels also. I'm using a billet aluminum spacer that converts to 120 mm.

Try industrial supply stores. Or heavy equipment shops. John Deere dealers some thing like that. Auto parts stores only have straight hose in sizes that would work. As a diesel mechanic I've seen hose that might work. Most of what I see on equipment today is silicon hose.
