Stick in a long blade screwdriver in the hole where the cam sensor goes and turn the oil pump drive. Look on the bottom of sensor drive gear to align to oil pump drive. Don't forget to put alittle oil on the cam sensor O-ring seal to help ease installation

Check the EGR valve, disconnect the hose and drive it to see if it goes away.
