I've went thru 3 and 1 was the new version 340 from Full Throttle which lasted 1 month! (not downing Full Throttle, just Walbro!). I now have the Poston's and just love it!! I was trying to sell this pump and I'm glad I decided to use it !!! Made in China sucks!
Are these considered to be the same chips? If not, what's different and what do I need to do to pass emissions using a bone stock chip? I've passed Illinois testing using an Emissions chip, just wondering if I can do it again with the stock chip?
I had 15-18psi hot idle with 10/40. I put on the RJC Biggie adapter and an external oil cooler and I now have 23-25 hot idle. These 2 items should help out.
I'll be going back to ported heads/intake again. Mostly street driven vechicle. Do you guys think front mount or a good stock loc. for my set-up? Price not a factor.
I finally found an o-ring for my oil cooler and managed to put on the Biggie adapter. I have got to say, "Wow!" It actually did as advertised and rose my oil pressure at idle (hot)from about 17 psi. to 23-25 psi. Cruising rose from 45 psi to 50 psi and acceleration changed from 50 psi to...
I was cleaning it off and the bypass button shot out. I'm trying to put it back on, but I forgot how to put it back in. Does it go in from the back of the cover or from the front of the cover?
I picked up a nice B&M oil cooler from a friend. He didn't have fittings, so I need to know what size fittings match up to the oil lines? If I needed to, could I use heavy duty braided hose and 2 clamps?
