I do not, it was done by the previous owner. I have a friend who found his floorboard almost completely rusted through, and had a lot of rust along the bottom of the doors, etc. in one of his GN's. After learning where they rust a lot I've looked for signs of rust and mine is visually ok, for...

Sorry it took a while, it's been raining here and I wanted to pull it out and get the pics. Somebody requested a walk around video and I thought I'd post it up here too. I'm not good at videos, and it shows! here are some pics of the interior, the last two are links to the videos (hopefully...

I barely pull her out of the garage, and it's time to free up some cash. Since having Turbo Lou build me this engine in '09 I've only put 7K on it. It's been reliable, I'd trust driving it anywhere. All the parts I've upgraded I did with the goal of going fast and making it last. Lou built it...

    "Search this forum"

it'd just be nice to search. I'm as frustrated with the process as anybody, but I guess I just have to wait... But I agree, it's be nice just to simply search! It's getting frustrating. This is why I bought a mac 12 years ago, things just work on this computer. I really hope you guys get...

    A suggestion !

I wish I had more chances to abuse my turbo lou built engine! It's done everything I hoped it'd do so far! Thanks Lou!!! As far as engine builds go, there is no such thing as indestructible. There is an equilibrium between the engine and the driver, you've gotta take care of a high...

    Head bolts or studs

Because I listened to my engine builder. He has built a ton of great engines and he has good luck with the bolts for my application. Sometimes there is no need for overkill. So, that was the deciding factor for me. It was a question I had for him, and he had a straight forward enough answer...

    Head bolts or studs

That said, I have ARP head bolts... ;)

    Head bolts or studs

it's where the tension is distributed. With bolts all the tension is on the block, stretching the threads, studs distribute it better. Tension is on a stud, not pulling on the block. That said there are other considerations, such as ease of removing head in car, ease of aligning gaskets, etc...

    Blown Head gasket Pics

I've heard nothing but good things about the RJC gasket, so I put some in on my last build. Haven't blown them yet ;) I have heard of people lifting their heads and having to re-torque, but to my knowledge I haven't heard of somebody blowing one yet. RJCRacing The leaders in Buick...
