Is the bolt stripped or broken off? You stated stripped meaning it's still there but everyone is replying like its broken off. If its stripped, try what I mentioned in the above reply. It worked great for me.

This just happened to me. Took me three hours to get one bolt out. Allen bolts were 6mm. I had to go get a 1/4 alen (hex) socket so that I could beat it really good with a hammer. The 1/4 inch is a little bigger than 6mm. I couldn't beat the alen wrench in to the bolt with a hammer...

My O2 voltage at WOT starts off at 980's and starts working its way down. At the end of the quarter they are around 800. I'm using WINALDL. My OTC shows they are in the high 890 and end up around 800. I'm not sure which to believe. I'm at 16 lbs boost and line off is 46. 93 octane...

I like and have the Autometer Ultra-Lite series. They white/silver background looks great with the orange dial.

The data wire will go in to the second plug on the top row. The ground wire will go to the last plug on the top row.

I'm using WinALDL and haven't noticed a problem with the numbers being off. I also have an OTC so that I could compare the two numbers. Sorry that I couldn't help. There are some settings that you can change within the program like for TPS at 0 percent but I don't remember seeing one for IAC...

I figured it out. The only way you can get voltage for TPS is to use the sensor data tab. If you look at your TPS data from the spreadsheet it shows percent instead of voltage. 0% is .41 and 100% is 4.60. However, you can set your low and high settings if you want.

John Larkin and klrv6 I built the cable yesterday. They TPS settings are way off. My settings are correct when using the OTC scanner. Using WinALDL, it's way off. Shows -2.7 at idle and like 9.9 when driving around. Again, OTC is correct. Any ideas?
