Vegas Baby!!!

Happy to report that #359 has found a new home. Of course all transactional details are private, but we are very pleased with the end result. It was an honor and privilege to have been a custodian of such a fine vehicle, was a little sad seeing it backed into the enclosed trailer.

Right, there was no Original category, so that was the only one available. We were going to blaim GM if it lost, as it was their work :)

I guess no one here went to Autorama, but we were asked by the Houston Buick Club to 'borrow' #359 to enter into the Houston Autorama show. We thought that sounded fun, so they came with car dollies and enclosed trailer and carted it off. Won best in class! Very proud :) Thought for...

Still here, deep in the heart of Texas :) It is still here, a couple of pics.... (sorry for iPhone quality) Not to worry, still in the air conditioned comfort and everything. Hasn't left the showroom, but we do start it occasionally.

We clean it at least every week, but with all the construction dust and kids we get running through here, it does get dirty. Why cover it so no one can enjoy it? We don't even put ropes around it or anything like a Ford dealer does when they get a 'fancy' $40k Mustang GT :rolleyes:

Yes it is. The seller actually ended the auction before ebay removed it though, so I am not sure of the actual status of the car. I don't like to see people use collectible cars to rip people off, always on the lookout.

Reported to our eBay rep, should be down before the end of the day, so you might want to save those pictures :)

No jacket, but I have a question that I'm sure you guys can answer, were the jackets numbered? You are correct, we did have a deposit on the car, but the guy decided against it. Has been here in Houston since we bought it from the dealer in Connecticut.

What, no one is even going to comment on the book signed by Molly, in the original box, with no address on the box? Book has been untouched (only taken out to get signed and pictures taken), 100% pristine condition, a real find considering the books were only sent out AFTER the car was...

We have spoken with him, he is a well known collector, actually has owned 3 other low mile GNXs before. Definitely has the funds available, but so have 2 other individuals up to this point. If you look at his bidding history, he has bid before on previous auctions. I plan on posting as soon...

Just to be clear, it has never 'sold', reserve has never been met. It is available for viewing to anyone that wants to make an appointment to see it.
