Re: Now now.... Bah! G-Bodies I find are notorius for rust...especially on the quarter panels. I had a 84 Cutlass Supreme and by the time I was finished with it after 12 years from new, the bottoms of the doors, the floor pans, and the quarter panels were shot...and this was after a body...

Is there any way to find out who owns the vehicle just by entering the VIN of a vehicle? It is after all tied to the ownerhsips attached to the person who owns it. Someone told me I could do a 'Vehicle Abstract'. Is this what I need? Thanks

Yes it does make a difference if the neg and pos are reversed. A BIG DIFFERENCE!! Check your wiring - and it may be the radio itself. It's getting old, and cannot provide that bass response you desire.
