I will try and condensed what Alan Dershowitz said a couple of days ago regarding this subject. He said time is running out. If unsuccessful in proving fraud (enough votes to change the outcome of the election) before January 20 Biden would be sworn in. If fraud or mistakes are proven after that date there is no precedent of what to do in that situation..... He left the ultimate outcome open ended.
