Tablets with Fast XFI????

Been asking for a few years now, any tablets working for XFI yet? Jeremy

Windows Surface Pro will. Any other tablet with an intell chip and running Windows should.

Anyone doing this yet? Last time at the track my laptop almost went through the windshield at the end and I don't want to put a goofy laptop mount in the car.

Hey, there is an Acer Iconia that has windows 8.1 and being used for EFILIVE..... So I am gonna bet you that it will work with XFI Comp software......

I assume any windows tablet will work. On my laptop with 8.1 I had to download an update from FAST to get it to work. Do tablets have regular USB ports to plug the FAST into like a laptop? Would be cool to get a wireless USB adaptor so you could be out in the engine bay making adjustments and watching the XFI readouts.

It will need to have an ARM processor or better to work. Can not be a mobile processor. Also, I never heard of an update from fast for this. If it has 8.1 and ARM........ It is assumed it will run PC software. EFILIVE is a more in-depth software than XFI.... You can get an adapter that goes from USB to micro.... And what I have seen on youtube, that 8.1 will find your drivers!!!!

Never heard of an ARM processor, but I know nothing about tablets. WIll have to do some researching. On the laptop windows 8 would not recognize the XFI no matter what port I set it up on. Had to manually install the drivers from FAST and set it up for one specific port.

Yes... But the ARM is an intel processor. And windows 8.1 allows for the install
