MINT 1987 Buick T-Type *South Florida*

Yes as stated on the CL posting I am asking $8,500, however i did mention that I would drop it down to $8,000 for a forum member - I have recently been driving the car almost every day and it is impractical for me at this point in my life. I cannot afford the gas for it and a Turbo Buick (especially one this nice :cool: ) doesn't deserve to have a ton of miles put on it...
 
Have you since discovered this not a WE-4??? It's listed as such in the older ad but not the new add.... Car looks to be very nice for this money!!! If you were closer I'd be interested!!!
 
I actually get that question a lot and to be honest, i'm not completely sure. The previous owner told me it was a WE4 car and one of the local TB shop owner/mechanics actually went and looked at the car before me, and told me after i bought it that it's a true WE4 car. However, the trunk label does not match. The previous owner is the one who had the paint and body work done so I dont know if he had the trunk replaced for whatever reason (rust, dents, etc.), if it was a misprint, or what. I do not want to lie by any means so when people start asking about the car I inform them of this. I meant to post it right after the link, but clearly forgot to so sorry. Thanks!
 
The car itself has almost 114k, however the previous owner had the top-end and tranny both rebuilt at 97,000. The motor and trans are both original. The tranny had a shift kit and 2800 stall lock-up converter added during its rebuild.
 
Seems like a fair price considering the paint alone if done correctly would cost $8k atleast. Do you have any more pics of the car that u could post up?
 
kevin still got the twin turbo lexus.with youre name on it.32mpg.what more could you want.great gas mileage with mods can be turned into a 1000 hp-200mph sleeper!pics posted in pic forum under pics for buttonfly.

Its a 1jz gte 2500 liter stock motor 2jz,s are 3000 liter. Cold air kit 300hp.12 -15lbs boost most of the guys run any were from 40- 65lbs of boost. Try that with a buick and see what happens kaboom! Thats were the super strong bottomends come into play. Never been to the track my daily driver.
