what is this section of the board for?
this is what the description says:
Here is a place for TECH ONLY for the products they sell and service. ABSOLUTY NOTHING ELSE!!! ALL NON-TECH POSTS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING!!! (MUST BE A PATRONIZING ADVERTISER AND CURRENT) I see no tech in here just another FEEDBACK section. Mike

Most "vendors customer service" takes place directly with the vendors at their own forums, emails, phones, etc. If board members have a tech question, they usually ask fellow board members rather than posting in here. It has become just another feedback forum...

My point exactly if you want a seperate Vendor feedback area fine, other wise this section is pointless IMO
