Hello Mike,
I've run into a problem with my Extender chip - part # BWL57BIF. Seems it won't lock the converter anymore. I've tried reprogramming at different speeds with no luck. I put in my TT chip and it locks the converter with no problem. Would you contact me about getting this fixed/reprogrammed. Thanks, Mike

its probably the 4th gear switch in your trans.
The Extenders wait until 4th gear to lock. at part throttle. Bob
