We appreciate your patience
I know some of our customers have had some problems with their orders. Our previous secretary was kind enough to ship parts out for free, ship them to incorrect people,Not charge correct pricing, double ship parts, etc etc etc...
We fixed that like anyone else would We are training 2 new secretaries now & not saying they will work out or will be great. We do not know. We do have a new philosophy after this last fiasco. Learn & get it or get out. If we have to hire & fire 100 people to get the right people we will do what it takes.I kind of compare it to a sports team since we moved. We have to rebuild our staff to make it to the top. We are always looking for QUALIFIED employees. If you ever have a problem & do not seem to get a hold of me or a resolution this is my personal e-mail. BWEAVY@AOL.COM Or Kasci's e-mail Kweavy@aol.com We are trying to free ourselves up to deal with more tech questions & ordering questions.Secretaries we are trying to keep to tracking #'s & just recieving orders. Making up shipments & taking care of damage claims. This has also been the worst year we have gone thru with parts being on back order. Our policy is do not charge until it ships. Keep in mind we are a small company & not Jegs or Summit. Our main goal wether it is a free part or a $4,000.00 order is to give it the same respect. For those of you who have stuck it out with us we really appreciate it. We are spending $ on a lot of new products that are discontinued but needed & just some cool stuff: Aluminum Brake drums Main accessory brackets Plastic interior B-pillars 17" GNX wheels Aluminum GN wheels New headlight bezels grills tail light bezels None of this happens over night but it is getting done. |
