Thumbs up Jack Cotton

I would like to say Mr. Cottton is a stand up Hombre. Had purchased a used AC compressor from his business. Well one of his newbies sent a compressor that was ... well looked like it had been buried it may have worked just fine. Well I talked to Jack and the man said he hadn't been able to check that particular item before it went out the door as he had been very busy. He said son I'll send you another one and I recieved it today. He is a man of his word.

No suprise ...

Mistakes will happen but its the way they are handled is what seperates the men from the boys in the area of customer service. Jack always answers the phone and handles his business the way it should be.

Yes I want to say Jack is a good guy. I got my hood mounted fuel pressure gauge and valve spring tool from him.

When I called he was very helpful and shipped my parts out with the quickness.
