I met Eric up at the nats...... very nice guy. He does the chips on the side.... and usually is at a regular job during the day..... he spends countless hours evenings and weekends keeping all the orders filled..... he takes time with every persons order to understand their power/boost output...so he can get a real close match to your car........each chip is custom..... He Rocks!
With that said.... IMHO.... you should try to contact him via email.... or on his message board.... as his actual spare time... I am sure is limited. He usually will reply within a day or two...... call if you must.... I am just trying to paint a picture of how much free time he has....... at least with email..... he will answer it when it is convenient for him..... I hope I didn't come off wrong...... Eric is a great guy..... he will definately get back to you soon.
