Just wanted to say thanks for all your great help and customer service. Its been amazing dealing with John through email. I'm sure he gets tons of it and yet he is able to diagnose problems without seeing the car.

His customer service is top notch.

Thank you, this was sure a surprise to see this here. Wish you would have signed your name so I knew who to give the "compliment deduction" to on the next parts order. haha.

John, thanks for all your help getting the ignition module to me in spite of Hurricane Rita. You ended up sending, receiving, then resending and did not charge for it. You kept me posted of the status. On top of the service, you offered the module at the best price. I couldn't be more pleased with the module and can't thank you enough for spending the time. I highly recommend you to all. Joel Webb, Beaumont

John is a great guy who takes great pride in his work, something that seems to be lacking in society these days, he knows his stuff and won't try and sell you something you don't need, he did a lot of work on my car last summer and I will be taking it back down to him soon for some more stuff. yes john at john's performance has been the best guy/vendor i have dealt with so far with ordering parts, talking knowledge/advice...dont feel rushed or stupid for asking so many questions...heh most of the time...sometimes some of the other bigger businesses have a lot to deal with and it shows up time to time with interactions and thats something i have never gotten with johns business...surprising they have most products that all the other sites have and if not he can get it...all with pretty much the best prices if not equal to the rest... also for me being in western canada he is the closest...really good for the pacific northwest as we dont seem to have a lot of access to stuff from around the states without longer waits anyway...thanks again john ...ill be calling again with some more parts and soon it will only take me 20mins to drive 2 hours down to you when i get this car going in the ten second range....thanks again...crazy canadian canuck fan...noah.
