3600rpm on a 9.0:1 231 ci with the fuel on spoolup correct. More if less compression.

Exactly.
When I was at PTE, I would always spec anywhere from 3800-4000 at zero psi just to be safe. This would also depend on the compression and cubic inch size of the motor.

We have the stall for this turbo nailed up you want a good 9.5 inch non lock converter.

What stall would you recommend with a 250 ci ...210 210 cam and ported iron heads This car is mainly street driven ,but will see track...

What is the compression ratio? Around 3400. More or less if the comp ratio is more or less than 9.0:1.

CR is 8.5 to 1 and i presently us a 3200 stall 0 boost 9 in CPT NON LC . i think i should have went with a slightly smaller turbo for the street ,,,spool is not as quick as my old te 45 on the street O well live and learn maybe a 67 would have been better

You need a little more stall or throw on a 50 shot that turns off at a preset pressure. The bottle will last a long time. Probably a lot longer than your tires .
