TE-67 vs. TE-45A at 24 pounds of boost
I know that the TE-45A has more overall potential but I am curious how they compare at 24 psi of boost. Thanks

I don't doubt the potential of the 45a because I went 10.81 @ 129 mph last year with a full wieght car, ported irons, fm, and 55's and 27psi. The reason I ask is because I am planning on runing my current project on pump gas and alky and I think 24 psi is doable with a reasonable amount of timing but more will likely be pushing it. According to the guys at Limit Engineering a TE-67 should only be pushed to 24 psi which fits my needs just fine. If the power potential of a TE-67 at 24psi is near that of a TE-45a at 24 psi I don't need to upgrade because I already have a 67. Basically I don't wont to spend the extra money unless I feel that I will get a reasonable gain from upgading turbos.

the 67 will make a tad more at 24 PSI, about the same at 27PSi the 45A will creep away after that
