I believe his name is Eric Stubbs?? The car is from Texas and if I remember correctly it has a twin turbo Stage2 motor.

Eric Stubbs has been driving it , don't know for sure if he was that night .
Mike Palmer owns the car, he was trying to sell the engine recently. Got his number if anyone interested in engine LOL
