I asked that in the Texas section and didn't get a response. Looks like he was running the car in N/Ts. Maybe the car comes out for some money races??

Holy crap he's here

Nice car dude. That thing is sick!

TSO is a class that they do for the Buicks. Your car wouldn't qualify, it was a joking statement I believe. Here is a thread about the TSO class.

Tso Top Gun Point Series

Any chance you might try to do the Ford vs. Buick shootout in that thing?

Eric,

Here is a link to the flyer. The event is November 1, and there is a TNTune the night before.

The rules say that Fords must be Ford powered and GMs must be GM powered, but they had a big block Ford powered Opel (Buick owned) running last year. Give the guys up there a call and see if they will let you run. The event is held by the Oklahoma Buick Performance Club, so they might be cool with you running...I sure hope so, I would like to see that car make a pass.

Will

Nice car!

TSO is a class for Turbo Buick powered Regals. Most have stage 2 engines. They must be Regals, no Mustangs (sorry!) and they can not have fiberglass doors. My comment was kind of a joke...saying it's not legal b/c it has fiberglass doors (which I know now that it doesn't)....when it's obviously not legal b/c it's a Mustang.

Yep was just checking HOTRODGOSSIP.NET for this and saw the vid. He almost pulled a page out of Kent Rudbeck's handbook with that wheelstand!

Read that he took out the oil pan with that launch so the grudge race will have to wait.
