Painful
 The green neon on that car is brutal, I thought that was popular back in the early 90s. I guess Ricers have no limitations. That reminds me, I took the kids to see that Pixar movie "Cars" and even they made fun of the Ricer nation too. One of the Ricer cars had green neon that was admired in a reflection and a huge wing on the trunk and the license plate on the car read...U guessed it----WING.
