Twin 1985 Buick turbos

We are looking to use 2 t3's off an 85 grand national for a twin setup on a small chevy. 1. can the stock wastegates (both adjustable) be used for this app? 2. are these t 03's? they have reman tags on the compressors that say part # is 255 1 9874, the exhaust housing says a/r.83 m3 02. 3. if these will work, What horesepower can these support? The whole thing we are trying is to set this up with parts we have around the shop. This is new to me so please excuse any rookie mistakes, I searched the part number and came up emty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me see if I can help you with some of your questions.
1 you can probably use the stock wastegates but dont expect to get boost below 9-12 psi even with the adjustable w/g plus opening them too much for low boost will hurt spool time esp. with the .83 ar
2 yes t-3 hence the 3 bolt flange
3 probably 500-650 horse depending on combination.

Im sure this may have been covered before either here or on The Turbo Forums.com try using the search first or you may end up with some lets say less than cordial replies. Hope this helps.

Chris
