Wiring ofr lsx conversion 5.3 twin tubo

Just got a 5.3 liter ls engine from 2001 gmc sierra going to run twin stock gn turbos on it,can you use the stock pcm?I have read about the ls1 edit software to convert it to 2 bar map setup?I dont have a lot of experience with the wiring harness how do u plug it into the factory fusebox?Anyone with pics on the wiring?Thanks.Also can i mate the engine to my 2004r for now untill i get a th-400?It has the chvey and bop bellhousing bolt pattern

What kind of car is this going in?

You can use the stock ECM but GM makes a stand alone ECM racing unit, I believe it is the E 87 for LSX motors or M 90.

I would call Caspers for info on the wiring harness and talk to Cal Hartline about which ECM to use. He has some experience with them. He is a really good tuner too.
