87' GN 45k - Steel main capped bottom end, J&E pistons, Champion aluminum heads, 1.55 T&D roller rockers, 210/205 roller cam, Terry Houston Headers, 3½" DP w/electric cutout, Torque Tech 3" dual exhaust, PT70 turbo, 70 mm T/B, PTE upper plenum, PTE frontmount intercooler, 72 lb injectors, Walbro GSS340 w/Bosch external & -8 line,Extreme Automatics 200R4, Yank converter, 3.42 rear w/ Strange axles and Eaton posi, Convo-Pro Wheels.
Best time on old engine 10.87 @ 124 w/ 1.48 60'. TSM here I come

This car has had a turbocharged SBC in it for almost ten years, with an old school DFI and flipped manifolds, but it never was much faster than a built 109 block would have been. THis LS based platform should put the weight back to where the 6 would have been (or lighter) and take the power to stage 2 levels. We shall see.

That is pretty slick. There are a number of stock block/crank with budget Eagle rods/Diamond pistons LSx engines with forced induction making 1000rwhp thru stock LS6 intake and ported stock TB and stock Z06 cam shafts!!!!

What is the power goal for that engine? What heads are on it?
