Another 11 second TA
The car is finally starting to come on. Now I just need a
converter to launch and I'll be down where it belongs. Turned out to be beautiful at the track, about 70 degrees. Very good turnout except MIR was having a major 1/8 mile event after we were done and most of the pits were already full. So it was crowded in the pits, too crowded really. And they were letting the test&tune guys run way too much I thought. After the disaster that was Englishtown a couple of weeks ago with my balancer bolts backing off, this was good. I also have a brand new coil and module. Mine was only randomly firing 2 and 5 at full throttle. So with that and leaning up on the fuel, I was running at/near 118mph all day. The best being the first run of the day: 60' 330' 1/8 mph 1000' 1/4 mph 1.862 5.116 7.801@92.56 10.080 11.984@118.66 So far that's the best short time since I've put the winter mods on. If I just could build some more boost at the line, I think a 11.5 should be had.
