Check out these cracked headers....

Here is the passenger side..


And here is the drivers side..




On the drivers side that red stuff is the copper gasket that has apparently been blown through..How do you weld down in there???

Opinions please.

Jason...I'm pretty sure the area in the middle between the tubes gets welded from the inside. Here is a pic of the inside of mt JetHot coated headers from my old Contour SVT.

not that bad .. typical pass side .. had a few here.. just get them tigged up and get them back on

Yep took them by my welder and he said that is easy...He is gunna bead blast them and tig them up.

Scott, looks like you are correct. I don't care if I know but the welder knew sooo...

I ran an 11.70 with headers like this...hopefully the car will pick up a bit.
