Anyone know this guy?

This is the site for the local track here in Augusta. About mid page there is a chart titled: In 2000, Carolina Dragway was the scene for four 1/4 mile world records as detailed below The second entry in the Modified class lists a Ralph Conner with an 89 TTA that ran a 9.334 @ 143.25 in March '00. Anybody know this car or guy? I'd really like to talk with him.
