I put a poly one on my '88 IROC years back. The stock rubber ones deform and deflect pretty easily under load. If you are trying to dial in your rear suspension a poly unit is a good idea since it gives you more consistancy. They are a PITA to put in so might as well do it once and install a good one. I have a new one for my TTA that will be installed in the near future since mine is shot. Just my .02

I found the red poly ones at Spohn performance for $14.50 plus shipping. No brainer I figure since I'd spend double that for a rubber stocker. I've got poly everything else on this friggin car, so I figure why not keep the theme going...
