Massive Clanking at Cold Start!!

All the Sudden.... goes away after about 2-3 seconds, and ALSO Clanking during Cranking so I don't think my K & N oil filter went bad overnight??

Thoughts?

Converter Bolts - wouldn't it make noise during a Warm start as well...if it was an Oil Filter Issue would it Clang during Cranking also??

Bad Motor Mount?? Again no noise during a Warm Start up....

Thanks in Advance!!

I dont have loud clanking but every car has startup knock from the starter chattering or from it engaging the flex plate. My knock gauge will read to the red when it is cold and to the last green or first yellow on hot starts. Its normal for cars to do this. Maybe yours is an extreme case.

Guy's it was just the Converter Bolts, after being on my 5th TB in 13 years you would have thought I would have CHECKED it before I posted.....

Oh, and by the way if everything is Right you guy's SHOULD NOT be seeing Knock at Startup!!!
