Rear end?
I have noticed in my car that when I lose traction sometimes only the left or right tire will spin instead of both. My car has 32,000 miles on it. If my limited slip is going bad does anyone know how I would go about fixing it? Thanks

Our cars use a cone style posi unit. If you are lucky and the cones are not excessively worn, you can shim them to get a little more life out of them.
If they are beyond adjustment, then you will need to purchase a new carrier. I know of two places to buy one. www.9bolt.com has them, although the business is a part time venture for the owner, so it can be difficult to get in touch with him. The other place that you can buy them from is what is left of the original manufacturer in Australia (it has traded hands since 1989). This is the route I took. The website is http://www.motospecs.com.au/ The last time I checked, they do not list the part on their website, but they still sell them. If you decide to order from them, let me know and I will give you the name of the guy I ordered from. I ordered my carrier about a year ago. Here is some good reading material in regards to our rear ends: http://thirdgen.org/techbb2/showthre...hreadid=239666

It was $570 shipped (US Dollars). It may seem a little high, but at the time, it appeared to be my only option, because I was having a difficult time ordering one from www.9bolt.com.
