Why can I find an OE looking fiberglass rear wing and/or hood for the TTA?

I had my car completely repainted with a "no orange peel" paint job in Dec 2004. Was surprised to find that the rear spoiler was solid rubber, it must weigh 50 lbs! The painter suggested that I replace it with a fiberglass replacement. I thought about it, but didn't...in retrospect I wish I did.

That's one of the Secrets to why the TTA's launch so HARD. Replace it and watch your 60' go UPPPP.......
