Rjc Valve ??????????

trying to get the rjc valve to work no matter how much i turn it tighting it up the boost stay a 15 to 18 psi the 90 goes to the exhust side the other goes to compressor polished side what am i doing wrong useing it on te6769 witha ext. waste gate

You don't have any leaks in the hose do you?

I did talk with Jason who informed me if I wanted to higher than 23 PSI (where my controller was bottomed out to) I could remove the screw in brass fitting and add a washer before the check ball, can't remember if that was on the top or bottom - might want to ask him.

when i try to blow thrue it i plug the other end there is a small hole on the 90 on the side of it is that right

dose it work with a ex waste gate i dont ac. rod to addjust i have a t vavle in side the car the more i turn it the higher the boost put a diff turbo more lag thought this would fix that

Compressor housing feeds the bottom of the manual boost controller, then the side goes to the wastegate actuator.

If you have it screwed in a decent amount then leave it, start raising boost with the adjustable wastegate rod. That will increase spool up more than the boost controller will anyways. The manual is faster than the stock solenoid, then couple that with the adjustable rod and you have spool up madness.

Actually I think that hole is there so that when you let off of the gas the pressure in the line going to the wastegate has somewhere to go so the wastegate can close.
