I run both.
I use the adj wastegate to set my base boost level, then use the RJC to go higher than the base setting. You can use the RJC without an adj wastegate, but you will be limited on the high side boost level you can achieve due to spring setting on the non adj wastegate. HTH Patrick

On the RJC boost controllers, do they not let the boost past until 15 lbs?
