When I first got this car it had the following parts on a stock 100K motor:
TE-60 009's 3" THDP, 3" single shot stock intercooler Walbro 307 hotwired/voltbooster 2800 stall D-5 converter, PMAC built trans completely stock suspension, rear airbags, 90-10 fronts. 15" weld draglites. Ran this on 93 octane at 18 pounds boost with a 20 degree chip got a: 2.0 60', 8.68 @ 81 MPH on street radials. Slicks netted a 1.77 60, 8.21 @ 83 MPH. Fast forward to tonight and the following changes: PTE-54 50's 3" THDP, 3" single shot Added 100# valve springs PTE front mount intercooler 3200-3400 stall 9/11 converter Reds dual 340's, hotwired/voltbooster 2" drop spindles in front, H&R parts lower billet control arms, boxed uppers, w/poly bushings, ATR rear sway, poly body bushings all the way around, Bilstein shocks all around. 16" Torque thrust II's. 255-50-16 drag radials on all runs here: Now after a couple runs trying to figure out where to launch with this converter and all, I got a 1.73 60', 7.95 @ 87 MPH, with 18-19 pounds boost, 20 degree timing on 93 octane. Then a 1.77 60', 7.81 @ 90 run with 20-21 pounds a boost that run. I ran the tire pressure down to 14 psi for these also. Launched at 3500 RPM's with 2-3 pounds boost then eased in it. She picked up a little too as the night got a little cooler. I first started in the sunlight, ended nightfall, car ran around 180 degrees temp. about every run. (dual fans going on soon). Drove 30-40 minutes to track. I was pretty impressed with the 60's I got considering the 2" drop spindles, and the bilsteins in front. I did take the front sway bar off the later runs, but with the rear set up now you would never know it on the street! Next is a dual nozzle alky kit and some fine tuning and hopefully some mid 7's mid 90's?? Oh, some fiberglass parts and peices here and there are also going on now too!!! Then some 116 octane and some 6's with high 90's, maybe even triple digit MPH!! BOOST BABY BOOST!!!!!!!! I ain't skeered!![]() |

I wasn't bragging old man, I was actually calling to get your opinion on what you thought about the times. Your just like a bitch, try to be nice or give a little credit to somebody, have a little respect since I think you know more about TR's than me, and what do I get? Trampled on just like a woman would do. Thanks.
Bragging...huh...whatever, I asked you what you thought about the times, how's that bragging? A$$HOLE. By the way, your pimp daddy did not go with me to the track, I think he was digging your mama out... ![]() |
